   Ensure the Route toggle is turned "ON" in your cart or at checkout. It only costs a small fraction of your order total.

   Download the Route App or check your email for real-time tracking updates from the moment your label is created.

3. File a Claim
   In the rare event of an issue, click the link in your Route email, go to https://claims.route.com, or use the app to file a claim. No paperwork, no headache.

Is Route required?

No, Route is optional, but it is highly recommended. Please note that Herb Dispo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if Route Protection was not purchased.

How much does it cost? The cost is calculated based on your order subtotal and is typically around 1-2% of the total order value.

How long do I have to file a claim?

• Damaged: Within 15 days of delivery.

• Lost: After 7 days and within 30 days from the last tracking update.

• Stolen: After 5 days and within 15 days of the "Delivered" date.
